As a Ecommerce Sales Growth Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving ecommerce sales for our customers, building a customer base. From acquisition to qualification as well driving organic strategy to drive ecommerce sales growth, you’ll drive key sales and marketing strategies. 

Requirements:

●      3-5 years of sales experience, in E-commerce, Digital marketing, performance marketing.

●      Expert in cold call or outbound calls.

●      Ability to demonstrate the value proposition of B2B eCommerce.

●      Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service.

●      Confidence, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.

●      High level of integrity.

●      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/KPIs.

●      Experience in selling software solutions to senior stakeholders.

●      Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.

●      Marketing Expertise with SEO, SEM, SMM, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

As Ecommerce Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our sales and customer’s online success. Your responsibilities will include:

●      Lead Generation: Generate leads from various organic means, SEO, Content Marketing, email marketing, referrals, contest, etc.

●      Cold Calling: Conduct daily cold calls to engage potential clients, using provided scripts and strategies to effectively communicate our offerings.

●      Appointment & Demo Booking: Schedule and confirm product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring prospects are well-informed and engaged.

●      CRM Utilization: Consistently log call remarks, follow-up notes, and track customer interactions using our CRM and prospecting software.

●      Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their queries and guiding them toward suitable products.

●      Qualified Lead Targets: Meet or exceed monthly qualified lead targets through effective sales strategies.

●      Training Participation: Attend training sessions to gain product knowledge and refine cold calling techniques.

●      Conduct sales calls to potential and existing prospects/customers to generate sales and meet targets.

●      Build a strong sales funnel and pipeline.

●      Follow up on sales leads and prospect inquiries.

●      Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

●      Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

●      Work on SEO for each of our customers to bring Organic Traffic on their eCommerce.

●      Strategies to convert the visitors into Leads or Sales for our customers.

●      Ensuring customers are getting high quality leads and interactions.
